About This App

BFC Reporting API is an internal reporting and analytics tool operated by Bearing Fruit Co. It is used by authorized company personnel to read advertising performance data from Meta ad accounts. Bearing Fruit Co. may also operate a separate Meta ad operations app, if approved and enabled, for authorized advertising operations such as review, dry-run change planning, approved campaign or ad set controls, and audit logging. These tools are not public-facing applications, consumer social login services, inbox tools, or social content publishing tools.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion or modification of Meta Platform data that Bearing Fruit Co. internal Meta tools have processed, send an email to compliance@bearingfruitco.com with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name and the organization you represent
• A description of the data you would like deleted or modified
• If applicable, your Meta app-scoped user ID, ad account identifier, app name, or other identifying information that will help us locate the relevant records

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification, unless a legal exception applies. You will receive a confirmation reference for your records.

Technical Callback Flow

If Meta submits a technical data deletion request through our app settings callback, Bearing Fruit Co. returns a confirmation code and a human-readable status URL for that request. That status page explains the request state and any lawful retention basis that may still apply.

Data We May Retain

In certain cases, we may retain limited data after a deletion request where required or permitted by law, including:

• Records necessary for accounting, financial reporting, or audit purposes
• Data retained for fraud prevention and security
• Records required to comply with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or valid legal process
• Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements

Any data retained under these grounds will be limited to what is strictly necessary and will be deleted when the retention purpose no longer applies.
